Purchasing an item:
Browse our on-line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. Payment made by credit/debit card will be charged on dispatch.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, and all payments are taken securely via Barclaycard Merchant Services. Payment by Paypal is also available.
Always use the card holder’s address when ordering and an alternative delivery address can be put in the separate delivery address. If the card does not match the billing address and postcode we will not proceed with the order.
Delivery prices are quoted in from the shopping basket after an item has been added.
It is preferred that delivery only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
Returns and Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled at any time, however, if the order has already been dispatched you may return the items at your cost, for a refund of the value of the goods. A 15% admin and restocking fee will be charged should items require repackaging and returning to stock.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for returning your order. Proof of purchase will be required.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
All items pre-ordered will be delivered where possible to the time scales indicated. The normal returns policy will apply.
